This will be our third Friday post in a row trying to cover events happening over the weekend. We’re feeling great about that. Let’s make this a tradition.

So tonight, a very cool FREE show is happening  at Hensley’s Flying Elephant in Carlsbad (850 Tamarack, right off the Tamarack exit from the I-5). Two of my favorite local acts, Trouble in the Wind and Inspired & the Sleep will perform (starts 8:30 PM, 21 + to enter)

Catch both of these awesome bands later in the month at Ruthless Hippies’ music fest, Summer Fun on the 101

This weekend, all you central San Diegans should hoof it over to Adams Ave for this awesome FREE event happening on Saturday, Art Around Adams:

And of course, the North County crowd is not going to want to miss one of the biggest FREE Festivals in town, Fiesta Del Sol happening Saturday and Sunday in Solana Beach:

Ruthless picks for this one…don’t miss Nena Anderson 1PM on Sunday and Little Hurricane at 6:15PM on Sunday as well.

Start brunch off with Semisi while you’re in Solana Beach of course!
