There’s a really amazing event down in San Diego that’s been going on for eight years now called San Diego Indie Fest. It’s a big festival of music, poetry, art and film.

Organizers Danielle LoPresti and Alicia Champion really put their heart and souls into making it a great event where there’s something for everyone. Heck, there’s even a FREE music stage which the Ruthless Hippies will be managing this year.

With an eclectic list of headliners such as Cake, Talib Kweli and Best Coast, we think that no matter where your musical tastes lie, you’ll really be pleased with your weekend if you head down to Liberty Station in Point Loma for SD IndieFest.
