This Saturday (9/28), 3 PM @ the Encinitas Library (540 Cornish Drive), we the Ruthless Hippies in collaboration with Leucadia 101 Main Street Association, will be hosting a concert by one of San Diego’s finest bluesmen: Ben Powell.

We could tell you about all of the awards Ben has won (IBC San Diego regional, Telluride Brews and Blues) and the big gig’s he’s played (South By Southwest, opening for Buddy Guy and Johnny Lang), but we think that if you just watch him play you’ll really want to be there…

$10 at the door, light refreshments and cold ones provided.
