L101 and Ruthless Hippies are gearing up for the fourth annual Battle of the Bands for Summer Fun happening Sunday May 22nd at Seaweed and Gravel (1144 N Coast Hwy 101) from noon-3PM.

The best young bands in Encinitas will battle it out for great prizes and a spot at this year’s Summer Fun on the 101: Leucadia’s Music Festival happening June 25 and 26th.

If you are a musician of high school age or younger, contact info@leucadia101.com and ruthlesshippies@gmail.com to sign up for this year’s Battle ASAP! Space is limited and submissions close May 16th. All band members must be of high school age or younger and at least one band member must live in Encinitas or attend school in Encinitas Union School district.
